Ginger & Sage Lemonade

It is most definitely Spring here. The sun is shining, little bumblebees are flying around and the herbs in my window boxes are looking super happy and bright. It felt like time to bring some of that sunshine into the kitchen. This was the result; a delicately sweet, lemonade with a herbal twist and a bit of heat. It’s like sipping a glass of all of my favourite things. I can already see many variations of this being made in the weeks of spring and summer to come (I recently made a

Hibiscus, Lavender & Clay Face Mask

This post is your friendly little reminder to indulge in some self-love and self-care sometime this week.

They’re more oaty, wholesome and definitely not as bad for you as a regular scone. Perfect for a weekend or day-off breakfast paired with a hot mug of coffee (or tea) on a slow morning.

These were exactly what I needed this morning after a fun but stressful weekend. My auntie was
