Seeded Buckwheat Flatbreads with Smoky Aubergine & Butter Bean Humous

Living with my boyfriend is one of the best things about my life. He is my best friend and so sharing a home with him is so comforting, fun and just plain lovely. Waking me up with a cup of tea in the morning, making fun of each other constantly for our little quirks, sharing all of our books, cooking together in the evening. These moments get to happen in my everyday life and I am so thankful for it. However, spending real, quality time together that we have set aside to appreciate read more

Soothing Rose Tea Latte

The last couple of days or so I have felt kind of frazzled and a bit worn down. In need of something really comforting I turned to my one true love, tea – sorry Steven! In our home lunch is almost always one of two options; a bowl of leftovers or a salad. Both super easy, quickly throw it together meals. In the warmer months I tend to gravitate more towards a fresh, crunchy, fruit studded affair but we’re still in the midst of winter (and the end of January?!) so something warmer is needed because I’m not completely sure if it’s colder outside or inside our home!

One of the things I seriously love about winter (there’s a long list, read more
