Soothing Rose Tea Latte

The last couple of days or so I have felt kind of frazzled and a bit worn down. In need of something really comforting I turned to my one true love, tea – sorry Steven! I don’t think I could put a number to the cups of tea I drink a day. It’s a lot. Every time my mug is finished it gets a refill. I tend to gravitate to the more herbal, floral infusions and limit my number of caffeinated beverages to one a day, occasionally two.

Fiery Orange & Ginger Juice

Last week, in a word, blah. Not so good. Not so busy. Not so positive.

But instead of focussing on that, because when is that ever a good idea? I’m looking to this fresh new week of not-so-blah. I know Mondays can be tough for a lot of people. Apple & Ginger Juice (with lots of greens!)

Happy Monday! I thought a tasty green juice would be a good idea to kickstart another cold January week. Trying to instil all the calm, productive vibes around here just now and this juice is a winner (as is Laura Marling’s new music. YES GIRL).
