Real summer food is decorated with summer flowers. I got to spend some time with my sister recently, the first chance we’d had for some proper twin time in months. So, I took her to my new favourite place. In the city centre, near the water front there are now four little gardens all next to each other. Sun Dried Tomato Flatbreads with Macadamia Nut & Dill Cheese

Now that the summer weather has finally arrived my fresh herbs are thriving! I love my baby herb garden and I love that I can open the window, pick a few leaves or fronds and totally amp up the good vibes in whatever I’ve got going on in the kitchen. Sun Dried Tomato & Chickpea Burgers

Dinner is almost always a salad or some sort of left-overs situation in our home. That’s just the way we like it here. A big bowl of vegetables, a grain and lots of tahini drizzled on top.
